Restaurant Manager – 3075 CL

Job description

Job Duties:

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations;
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms;
Conduct performance reviews;
Organize and maintain inventory; 
Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices;
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed;
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies;
Participate in marketing plans and implementation;
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance;
Address customers' complaints or concerns;
Recruit, train and supervise staff.

Job Requirements:

Able to supervise 5 to 10 people;
Fast-paced environment;
Attention to detail;
Standing for extended periods;
Computer and technology knowledge in electronic cash register, MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, point of sale system.
Client focus;
Team player.

Work Experience: 

Minimum 2 years experience as a restaurant manager.
