Job Duties:
Prepare and irrigate soil;
Plant, fertilize, thin and harvest crops;
Load, unload and transfer grain trailers for transport;
Clean up racks, trays, and harvest bins and general clean-up of growing, producing and packing areas;
Assist with general farm maintenance and maintenance of equipment and tools;
May assist in preparing garden beds for planting;
Servicing equipment, general repairs;
Cleaning shop and tools;
May drive tractors and forklift.
Job Requirements:
Punctual;
Valid driver license;
Ability to lift 75 lbs.;
Able to speak English;
Able to work overtime at certain times of the year;
Work outdoors during hot and cold weather.
Team player;
Attention to detail.
Able to complete multiple different tasks in a day.
