Job Duties:
Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting
Prepare crops for shipping as needed and transport for cleaning
Train worker and manage employees
May participate in the provision of services or in the operation of machinery and equipment
Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
May perform general farm duties
Job Requirements:
3-5 years experience in grain farming
Class 1A or equivalent would be an asset
Punctual and attention to detail
Ability to operate farm machinery
Able to work independently
Mechanical background is an asset
Able to service basic equipment
Organized
