– Prepare foods fresh from scratch-ingredients.
– Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, veggies and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment.
– Portion all products, follow recipes, and always make sure plate presentation looks great.
– Follow sanitization standards, make sure your workstation stays clean & organized, and follow all food safety procedures.
