Job description

Job Duties:

  • Prepare food in accordance with our recipes, portion controls, and specific presentation
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • ·Maintain clean and organized stations
  • Able to follow recipes
  • Able to stand up for long periods of time
  • Able to work on a fast pace environment
  • Work in different stations at the restaurant
  •  Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
  •  Follow FIFO standards to maintain product freshness
  • Contribute to prep as well as setting up and breaking down the line

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Knowledge of BBQ an asset
  • Solid understanding of standard measurements and portions
  • Excellent team player and positive attitude
  • Motivated and willing to learn
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Able to duplicate exact recipes
  • Able to give the best experience to customers
  • Culinary studies are an asset
