Job Duties:
- Prepare food in accordance with our recipes, portion controls, and specific presentation
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- ·Maintain clean and organized stations
- Able to follow recipes
- Able to stand up for long periods of time
- Able to work on a fast pace environment
- Work in different stations at the restaurant
- Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
- Follow FIFO standards to maintain product freshness
- Contribute to prep as well as setting up and breaking down the line
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Knowledge of BBQ an asset
- Solid understanding of standard measurements and portions
- Excellent team player and positive attitude
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Able to duplicate exact recipes
- Able to give the best experience to customers
- Culinary studies are an asset
