Work Experience: 3-5 years experience is required
Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods as per menu orders
- Prepare and cook special meals for people with allergies
- Oversee kitchen operations when opening or closing
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment with first in first out inventory system
- Will clean kitchen and work area to sanitary standards
- May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies as required
- Will transfer skills to kitchen helpers and other people working
- Preparing and cooking ethnic cuisine or special dishes such as Asian cuisine

- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift 30 lbs repeatedly
