- Prepare and cook complete meals as well as individual dishes and foods
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Receive orders and manage order flow on time.
- Attend to customer requests when needed.
- Clean kitchen and work area
- Experience preparing sauces, soups.
- Prepare dishes for people with allergies
- Follows original recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
- Receiving supplies and arranging them.
- Be able to put "Daily Specials" up.
