Job title: Business Development Manager

35-40 hours a week

Job duties:

  • Developing growth strategies and plans
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Increasing client base
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Writing business proposals
  • Negotiating with stakeholders
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
  • Meeting the sales targets consistently 

Job requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Should be able to negotiate
  • Self motivator and a great team player
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets
  • Candidates must have fluent English
  • French and Spanish would be an asset
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in economics, commerce, business administration or public administration is preferred.
